This really helps to coat the throat after a long day of singing. A lot of my other singer colleagues that I gave this to said it helped to soothe the throat. It's not like a ricola where it's kind of numbing, but more like a fizzy throat coat.

I was at a Broadway show during allergy season, and (of course right when there was a quiet solo) I got one of those awful tickle-in-the-throat coughing fits. I already had a regular lozenge in my mouth and I was gulping water, but nothing was working to stop it. I was about to dash out of the theatre when my sister pressed one of these into my hand and I popped it in my mouth. It tasted terrible, but it shut down my cough INSTANTLY. My niece is an opera singer and she picked these up in Europe and shared them with my sister. Not sure why you can't get these in the US, but when I saw they were available from this seller I jumped on the chance to secure some. They work fast, and they work for a long time. They don't taste great, and the foaming-action is definitely strange, but when you really need to stop coughing, none of that matters. They work like absolutely nothing else.

I went to a pharmacia when I woke with Laryngitis do sinus drainage. I didn’t even know how to describe to the German technician without pointing to my throat. She handed me this product and I had to take her word for it because I was unfamiliar with it. It was amazing. Within a few hours The Laryngitis was easing up. It also stopped the cough and itchy throat!!!!!If your familiar with gaviscon for stomach issues then you will know how this product works. You dissolve it in the mouth and it coats the throat. It’s soothing and works.Because my last day in Germany was on a Sunday all pharmacies are closed. That was disappointing! However, I found them on Amazon! That was comforting !These are also sugar free. I hate use throat lozenges because their not much more than sugar! These are not!Try them !

I first got these in Zurich and they were amazing and worked wonderful. I don't know why they don't have one here.

I ordered expecting to receive 3 boxes (each of 20 lozenges, total of 60, like the description) but only received 1 box of 20 costing $34!!! And because it’s not returnable I can’t receive a refund. I’d like my other 2 boxes.

These really do the trick!

I have acid reflux, my voice gets hoarse off and on and these lozenges help a lot. I bought them 5 times even the price is really high but it’s worth.
