Leider kam das Gerät defekt bei mir an.Die Möglichkeit zur Rücksendung ist unmöglich.Die Retoure muss nach Las Vegas, USA, gesendet werden.Natürlich soll man auch noch das Porto, knappe 30 Euro, selber zahlen.Es gibt keine Unterstützung seitens Amazon!Wichtige Angaben um die Versandpapiere auszufüllen sind nicht dabei.Bevor ich jetzt noch zusätzliche 30 Euro verbrenne schmeiße ich das Gerät in den Müll.Also, aufpassen wer der Versender ist.

This could have been the perfect product, but unfortunately, it has one fatal flaw.Pros* Amazing Construction and build quality - you know this is a well-engineered product when you pick it up the first time* Bright LED* The LED can be used without turning the screw head - this is a major advantage over the wowstick that only uses LED when the head is turning* Mostly intuitive to use - I had a few scenarios where the screw head would turn the opposite direction of what I wanted, but I think this is mostly user error on my part...and not being used to it enough* Heavy - Yes, this is actually a positive* Great Torque - This is way more powerful than the wowstickCons* Only one - but it's fatal. The magnet within the tool head that holds the attachments is so weak, that the attachments fall out constantly. This can happen just by moving the tool around or even when actively driving in a bit. For this one reason alone, I have to give a one-star review as it makes this product unusable in my opinion. I have to go with the wowstick (which is nearly inferior in all categories) because I don't have to worry about this issue. I wanted to love this product

The auto-rotate feature was a bit cumbersome to use, and it didn't have enough electric torque for my needs

Opened the box, let it charge, attempted a firmware update from the website, and the unit bricked itself.When it did work, the torque was nothing to write home about. I couldn't screw M2 screws into plastic. The device ended up being nothing more than a really expensive hand-powered screw driver. Save your money and get a real screwdriver.

Wont charge on any charger other than a dumb 5V usb brick will not charge on ANY QC or negotiation port. that means it WILL NOT charge on any USB port on your computer or dock OR QC POWER BANK WTF; ONLY from a DC brick.
