Works to keep neck warm
My husband ordered this for our trip. He loves it and wears it everyday. Keeps him warm in the 20 degree weather. The neck isn’t too tight.

Keeps your face warm.
So far I wore this thing twice and it has worked amazing. First time was to a Cleveland Browns game on December 23rd and on our first big snowfall in January. As an asthmatic the moment that cold air reaches my lungs I go for the inhaler, however this kept my breathing on point. Just finished shoveling and not once did I have to use my inhaler. Excellent item and will recommend it to my friends,

Not for small women
I am tiny, so this was actually too big on me. It wasn't tight on my face and there ended up being so much extra material left around my neck. I made it work by tucking it into my helmet. It did its job well and kept me warm, just would suggest if you're smaller. For reference, I am about 5'3'' and 110 pounds.
