Q: How long is this harness? I need about 9 feet.

Not sure of the overall length but I have my switch mounted to my dash, on the left side of my steering wheel. The wire runs through the firewall, along the firewall to the right side of my Rover, forward to the battery and then finally to the lights which are mounted to a push/brush guard. I hope this helps.

Q: Will this harness work for Hella 500ff?

Yes. This harness will work. Some splicing/soldering will be required to attach the wires. Other than that the only things you need to worry about are where to place your relay and switch. Leads are good and long but easily trimmed.

Q: Will this work with 1000 Black Magic lights?

I have the 1000 lights and this harness is plug and play so, yes.
