Great quality, incorrect instructions
This canopy is well made and the framework feels very sturdy and strong, while the fabric is tough and durable. The awning arms work well and are a great feature. I wish it also had a top vent. Also I was disappointed to discover that unlike the photos it DOES have branding on it; not a deal breaker but a clean, unbranded cover would be preferred. The instructions indicate needing a partner to set it up, but I was able to do it by myself with a little more effort. The trick is getting inside and pushing up on the center post until it locks instead of trying to pull the legs apart. That said, the instructions that came with mine were incorrect and incomplete. Specifically, there were two major differences:(1) Nowhere does it mention needing to unscrew the awning arm from the leg in order to put the cover on. It has a wing nut so it is easy to do, and fairly obvious, but I felt like I must be doing something wrong because the instructions failed to mention it. Don't lose the little black plastic cap when you unscrew it! It is not glued on.(2) The take down instructions are WRONG for my model. There is no latch on the legs to unlock the ceiling. Attempting to fold it down without unlocking the ceiling WILL damage the framework. And there's no obvious button or way to pull on the ceiling to collapse it, either. Finally I figured out you must TWIST the end of the center pole and the ceiling will unlock for take down.EDIT: Also worth noting that the "sandbags" are literally just bags... no sand. So you still have to buy actual sandbags to put in their "sandbags".

Awesome!
This canopy is very well made and it looks nice too. I was able to put it up and take it down by myself and I’m a 5’6” female. It did take a little time to get the canopy on the frame but I won’t have that issue again. The side awnings are a little snug but mine weren’t anywhere near as taut as I’ve seen in other’s posts. The stakes are flimsy - I would suggest using the sand bags rather than relying on those.I also bought the 10 x 10 matching sidewall separately and it was definitely worth the extra money.Very happy with this purchase.Someone asked if the logo was on the awning and it is on mine.

Perhaps defective ... a series of troubles
Thought this was sturdy at first. At 2 weeks the plastic snap that opens and closes the leg clamp broke - not a big deal, could make it work with a screwdriver to help. Two weeks later the clamp itself failed - I had to drill a Hoile in the leg and insert a clevis pin to keep the leg up. This happened on a selling site so I had no choice but to modify. Now (purchased in April) one of the top support arms has snapped. Nowhere on the MasterCanopy web site is there a link for parts; had to send a form email to Customer Support -their initial response was null. A second email - "sorry we ignored you. A little busy".There is something wrong with the leg system - it always tended to lean in at the base instead of out, and this is the one that failed and the one where the support snapped. The unit became unusable, so I purchased a second one thinking I could use this for parts as the attempt to buy a replacement part stalled. The new one is COMPLETELY changed. All of the places I had troubles with have been updated, meaning the one they sold me 4 months ago was by their own re-engineering actions defective. Too late to return, so am scavenging parts out of the old one. My selling system was built around this canopy - too bad for me. I will replace it next year with something else. Recommend PASS on this company.

So far so good
I just put our canopy up for a week long holiday. We will see how durable it is. It was a fairly easy job other than 2 things. Getting the center to latch was really hard. And second which probably explains my first difficulty, I didn't get the supports for the awning routed through the holes in the canopy top properly so I had to take them apart at the end and fix it. I'm glad there were wing nuts on them. The instructions weren't clear on this subject at all and the video doesn't really show either of these steps clearly. I can only guess that if I had the awning supports routed properly that there would have been more slack in the top and it probably would have just clicked into place the first time. Now that I know how to put it up; I know how to put it up. I guess that's how it goes. If you buy one of these, they seem to be a good value to cost, just pay special attention to the corners of the cover and make sure that it is correct BEFORE you try to push up the center.

Poor quality control
The canopy frame seems to be pretty solid and well built. We really like the side awnings and the additional shade that they provide. The issue is the quality of the fabric canopy and stitching. The stitching seam overlapped and was stitched to the side of the canopy. For the price of this canopy, there should be better quality control. There is also no way to contact the manufacture to request a new fabric canopy or to address the warranty of the product.*****Edit*****MasterCanopy contacted me about the bad awning cover and offered to send me a replacement cover at no charge. I received the replacement cover this weekend! I am pleased with the response from MasterCanopy in fixing this issue!! We (and my Son's soccer team) still love the canopy and the additional shade that it provides!

The best canopies out there
This is our second one. And not because the first broke - we have one for camping and one for other events. The best canopy ever. Sturdy. Easy to put up and take down. We love the extra side panels you can put up or down.Worth the money.

Perfect Gazebo for both business and home!
I bought this Gazebo last Nov for my business show in Christmas fair. I was given a very limited time to prepare the store setup and decoration. This gazebo helped me a lot. It is super easy to install by two of us and provides neat and organized image for our store, which made our product stand out from many others. The quality of gazebo is not bad at all that I was a little worried about due to some negative previous review. I had used it for a few Christmas fairs last year Nov and Dec . So far everything is good and it is very convenient to put back to the black bag for car transport and storage as well. I tried to set it up in my garden a few days ago and just to see if I can use this for my family. It was really huge and the wonderful dual half awnings can provide a surprisingly bigger shaded area than normal gazebo. I can put a lot of garden furniture under. We can’t wait the summer to come and enjoy the barbecue party.

Love the awnings to keep the sun off my products at vendors' markets. Zipper on bag fell apart.
I have had this tent for a year. I love it. Other vendors ask me about it constantly. Another vendor beside me just bought one too. It also has the fire rating required at our markets. My main problem is that the zipper came apart on the bag and then the stitching came apart. I hand stitched it back together but that was only a temporary fix. Also the tri- fold poles for the awning have a long elastic string inside. One of them has frayed and then broke. I can still use the poles without it, thank goodness. The small black elastics on the sides of the awnings have also come apart. In spite of this, the protection from the sun and rain that the awnings provide, make up for everything. I place the 4 corner poles into the top of bolts on 8' concrete blocks and attach the poles with wingnuts. I find the tent needs the extra height plus my tent is more sturdy against any wind.
