Disappointing
I chose this book because I had already read Peter D'Adamo's version and wanted more information. However, I found this extremely repetitive and less informative. Also the tables in the book fell out of line in my Kindle version and were difficult to follow.

Es un libro para una persona que ha probado muchas dietas y parece que esta le esta resultando muy bien para bajar de peso y mantenerse saludable, asi que para quien busca algo asi, seguro lo encontrara interesante y con recetas diferentes :D
