They did warn me ahead of time that this product would take a while to be delivered, so I wasn't surprised about the long wait... but when it got here, it was worth it. The quality of the engraving was very nice and the item itself has a very nice weight to it, something that is important to us because he keeps his business cards in his pocket and the holders he's had in the past bent to conform to the shape of his hip / leg, which was very disappointing to him. When this one arrived, he was impressed with the strength of it, and now that he's been using it for about a week now, he is not disappointed in it at all. It's a very classy way to carry business cards with you, and it looks really nice when you pull it out of your pocket to share a card with someone.So yes, I gave this item 5 stars *for the product itself*. My rating does not take into consideration the shipping time... if I was basing my review on that alone, it would be knocked down to 4 stars because it did take quite a while, but I wouldn't really hold it against them since they do warn you ahead of time it will take a while and you need to make sure you leave enough time for it to arrive for that occasion you want it for. The one I got was a birthday gift and it did arrive *after* his birthday, but I wasn't upset about it because I knew it wouldn't get here in time. No worries. It was actually nice to give him *one more thing* a week after his birthday and the excitement of it all calmed down, because it was unexpected and he really appreciated it. :)I am also basing my 5 stars on the value for the money. What they charged for this quality item with engraving was extremely reasonable and I would DEFINITELY use this company again in the future.
