Foundations of Human Resource Development, Third E

This book is extremely boring and hard to read. It has pages and pages of text with few illustrations. It was required for my doctoral program, so I purchased it. However, it is not something I would ever assign for anyone to read. There have to be better options!

An overall comprehensive textbook on HRD. However, it hasn't kept up with a number of developments in the field, including virtual HRD and eLearning. The coverage of technology is disappointing.
