This product helped me recover from a lingering ear infection and saved me from repeated trips to the ear specialist. It's easy to use and works great. I lost one of the silicon vacuum tips and contacted the seller regarding how to get new tips. The seller responded quickly and is in the process of sending me some new tips.

I was hoping this tool can help me cleaning deeper part of my ear canal, because normally it's hard for an ear picker to push against the canal and move wax out. However, this tool is even more useless than a traditional ear picker.1. The suction power is too low to remove basically any wax from my ear canal, all wax stay at the same place and no movement. Why I know this, because I used a camera ear picker Bebird to verify if the wax is removed or not.2. The tube is too thick to use comfortably, especially when I want to go deeper. The tube is soft and flex, but it's still too hard for the ear canal.3. No camera capability. While I can see there is a dry wax piece close to my ear drum using a camera ear picker, but I can I precisely reach it using this tool? There is no way. Even I managed to get the tube to that location, the suction power just too weak to remove it. Come on, a dried wax.Conclusion: I decided to return this tool, it looks good from the product description, but useless in real life.

Tried it out when it arrived and was disappointed in the suction, did not extract any wax

Due to me having terrible ear wax build up, wax like concrete, and messed up ear canals the wax never came out of my ears. I was hoping to save my yearly trips to the doctor but I have to get them professionally done.

Great product

Great suction. Why I need 6 speeds I do not know. Run it to the top and go. Removes a lot of gunk from my problem ears. Things that could be better: the retention of both the cone and the silicone tip. Both come off way too easy. Make sure you have a tweezers near by to fetch the tip out of the ear canal. It is not hard, just annoying. I use every day at least once. Clean it out twice a week- disgusting. So it works!

I don't have loose wax in my ear canal, my ears itch and create scaling from allergies. It is useless for scaling/plaque as the suction hole is tiny and not powerful enough. In theory, this would be amazing, but it doesn't deliver.
