Hard Support
It provides a hard, tough support for your feet unlike gel insoles. So people who want a soft effect can buy gel insoles and those who would like a hard strong support can choose this product instead. Can only be used for about an hour if you're using it directly in contact with your feet. For long hours as I use it in my safety shoes at work for about 9hrs, use a sponge insole on top for comfort.
