Loved it!
This book kept me on heightened alert as the story continued. I experienced a range of emotions as I was anticipating what would happen next and was not disappointed and having read it multiple time still enjoy it. There are some heart wrenching moments that made me reflect and consider what people can need in challenging times and how easy it can be to pass judgment if it doesn't meet perceived expectations. The characters are well developed, and I continued to care about Haley and Leo although grappled with some of his actions while convinced they stemmed from love.I have now read others set in the Midnight Dynasty World and will read others, but know that I will be re-reading this again.

Must Read Trilogy
Perfect conclusion to Leo & Haley's story. This trilogy was everything and more. Leo is a delicious dark man. He is ruthless and he that way towards Hayley. Slowly he opens up, we see a side to a man that a woman broke. I loved everything about him. His story with Caroline was a shock, I just need someone to stop her lol. I know the dynasty world there's always a wicked witch or step mother but come on this woman is pure evil I would like to read a book where she isn't the main focus if I'm honest.Hayley is pure, she is so light even through everything that's happened to her is so heavy. She's his light in his dark world.“I’m the beast now. The nightmare…. I see you for what you are. You’re a prince. My prince.”

Beauty and the Beast Inspired Dark Romance at its best!
"The rage settles inside me, deeper, deeper, until there's nothing left of me - of Leo Morelli. I'm the Beast of Bishop's Landing now.'Fallen Rose' is the final book in the Beauty and the Beast Trilogy by Amelia Wilde. It starts of where 'Hidden Beauty' left us. Haley is back on Constantine territory, but not because she wants to be. Caroline Constantine continues to play her games of manipulation but Haley is stronger than she looks. She knows her Beast will come for her, she just has to hang on to her sanity until then.I really enjoyed this last installment in the series, it was very suspensefull and exciting all while keeping the main storyline of the original fairytale intact. If you are looking for an Alpha male lead who will do anything to keep his woman safe, look no further because Leo Morelli is IT.I love how this book features other characters of the Midnight Dynasty world, we even get a Hades cameo who is a character from Amelia's 'King of Shadow's' series. Overall, this was a great trilogy and I highly recommend it!

Perfect conclusion to this modern fairytale romance
Fallen Rose is the perfect conclusion to this modern fairytale romance. This book is quite a ride to get Leo and Haley their happily ever after. Fallen Rose toys with the traditional Beauty and the Beast giving Leo his uncontrolled and wild Beast of Bishops Landing persona but also the loving, protective caring side of him too. There is no denying he is in deep with Haley. She is a salve to his turmoil and pain. He gives her confidence and draws out her desires. These two are a dark and twisted perfect match wrapped up in passion and love and beauty.I love the grown up take on the classic tale. The desire is darker and sexier but with nods to the old favourite (dancing in a yellow dress and seeing her Dad on TV instead of through the magic mirror were my favourites). Most of all I loved the exploration of freedom. This is a recurrent theme for all the characters. Freedom from pain. From family. From expectation. From grudges. Leo and Haley find the strength to forge a new freedom together and it is quite an emotional journey to get them there.

A poetic end to this darker, classic fairytale retelling!
"My love for her is more than that. It's strong enough to let her go."A poetic end to this Beauty and the Beast retelling, with Leo Morelli finally finding comfort alongside true love.Although we'd already been given some details on how he received his scars in the previous books, this final book went into a little more detail, and again we see just how deeply Leo was affected by those events. My heart absolutely broke for the 14 year old boy he had to leave behind and was angry, so angry, on his behalf at Caroline Constantine. After reading the Cinderella series by K. Webster, Winston Constantine's book, I had started to like Caroline a slight bit more, but reading this put me straight back into the hate camp! She deserved much more than she got, but I'm glad Leo was able to come out of the otherside.Hayley's character goes through a turbulent storyline in this too, with Fallen Rose picking up from her kidnapping at the end of the previous book. I was annoyed on her behalf at her father as I thought he was a poor father to all 3 children and didn't deserve the love he got from them. However, Hayley's sweet nature meant she could never truly hold it against him, especially not when he needed her the most. I don't think we really saw a great deal in character development from her in this though, as we already knew her feelings for Leo and that she was willing to go to great lengths to ease his pain. But it was nice to see she was willing to stand up for herself and Leo towards the end of the book, as it was definitely a contrast to her much shyer nature at the start of the series.Love, love loved the little cameo's of Hades in this! We saw some mention of him in the earlier books, but we actually got to see him in person in this, which I loved as I'm a big fan of series crossovers. Likewise, I'm super intrigued by Daphne's storyline and can't wait to get her book. Her love interest seems incredibly mysterious, and given Leo's reaction in this, I imagine she's going to have some trouble getting everyone to play nice!Overall I enjoyed reading this final installment. There were parts I liked reading more than others, which is why I rated this 4*. But I thought it was a fitting finish to Leo and Hayley's story and as with the other two books, I enjoyed the references to the original Beauty and the Beast fairytale. Looking forward to seeing more from this series and Amelia Wilde's writing world.*TW: This book is a darker romance an may have some trigger warnings attached.
