It has a long chain and it does glow in the dark. The color could be i little more brighter but still cute.

Very cheap and I had to bend it into place as the ball fell out the moment it was taken out of the package.

Cute necklace but it wouldn't keep the glow for long. I kept putting a light on it and it would glow blue for about a minute before fading out again. It worked great for my moon goddess costume, I even removed one from the chain and glued it to a headpiece, but I wouldn't recommend as a gift.
