This dead soft aluminum wire works extremely well for general purpose tying and connecting of items together, especially when weather proof performance is needed. In my situation, I'm tying all-aluminum conductor into saddle grooved porcelain insulators on a privately owned power line going between buildings on my property. The dead soft hardness of this wire allows tight, accurate and reliable ties every time, conforming to both the conductor and neck on the insulator. Attached is a sample tie with conductor and insulator.

Strong and pliable. Used it to repair tomato cages and it worked great.

This is extremely flexible which could break easier. If you want something solid this is not it. I’m using it for armature’s and since it’s my first time using inside dolls I wanted something easy to work with.For future projects I will try something heavier and solid. Great for beginners!
