I've taken these for awhile and will continue. I can't really say how exactly I know they're working bc there is no negative side effects that I feel and no tremendous or bursts of "effects" either so apparently the dosage is just right. Definitely try if you're on the fence!

They work very well just doing what they are suppose to do. Watch it though it affects woman in another way as well :), but haven’t had any issues 3 people in my home takes one each day to help mood and everyone is very happy and use them regularly. I am in my 60's, I am not on meds, and I have a fairly clean lifestyle. That is, I get into the sugar sometimes, and don't always exercise regularly.. SO when I say it is amazing and it works for me, it could be very different for someone else.Although, the effect is subtle, I feel more inspired to do projects, in fact, I really noticed that.I often keep my energy after a work day, as long as I slept, and I have more focus. In fact, I just feel better, in a subtle way, on most days that I take it.I tried another product by a great company ( I order from often) , but it did nothing, in fact I got a headaches. SO I threw it away, and went back to this. All the formulations are different, it seems.If someone is very anxious, eats non-nourishing food, or has habit's that are hard on the body, they probably need allopathics.

seems to be a good price, my boyfriend takes for Parkinsion's. I am not sure how well it works, he seems to think he feels alittle more balanced when he takes this a few times a day. He takes them for 5 days and then doesn't take them on the weekends.
