Good value and arrived in time. Early days so tricky to know the difference but will keep at it

Have not reviewd flavour , Has None . Had it on Subscribe and save , but Amazon let me down and had to cancel and reorder . I was a week without and at risk of infection . Amazon needs to pull their socks up . The product is excellent and does the job .

* It isn't always easy to assess the effectiveness of a supplement that may potentially prevent something happening, because you can't categorically say whether you would have avoided the issue in any case.* That said, there is some pretty robust evidence in the public domain to suggest that D-Mannose and Cranberry does help to prevent the build-up of bacteria in the bladder that can lead to UTIs. (Though it should be noted that there is no firm evidence that it helps to clear a UTI after it has already developed).* The provenance and quality is good and it is well packaged with clear information.* The capsules are not overly large and shouldn't cause too many swallowing issues for most people.* The recommended daily intake is 2 capsules per day. Research I have seen suggests that you need 2g per day of D-Mannose/Cranberry to be effective at preventing UTIs, which would actually equate to needing 4 of these capsules per day.* At the current cost of £9.99 for 120 capsules (a 30 day supply if you were to take 4 per day) that works out at a daily cost of either 33p, which is not the most expensive I have come across, but nor is it the cheapest.So, in summary, this is a good product that represents reasonable value at the current price, but you may be able to find even better value alternatives out there.I hope you find these insights helpful.

Great product I take it every day

Good product will keep using them but wish they were smaller you can’t see the size of them in the bottle

I take 2 capsules daily and have found them to be the most effective

Firstly, the information on the front of the label is a little misleading, as it says the capsules contain '1,024mg'. Actually, based on the information on the back of the label, each capsule contains 400mg D-Mannose, 2mg cranberry fruit extract and 12mg Vitamin C (with a daily dose of two capsules per day, so double those values daily).I have taken D-Mannose daily for years on the advice of a urinary specialist and was advised that the minimum dose for maintenance of chronic UTI symptoms was 1,000 mg of D-Mannose per day, so this supplement doesn't quite reach those levels.That said, the capsules are easy enough to swallow and I do like that they also contain Vitamin C, as I find that being a bit run down can be a trigger for symptoms for me and vitamin supplements do help with that.I'm not sure of the proven benefits of Cranberry for UTI relief - I've used the juice in the past and never really found it effective, but D-Mannose definitely works effectively for me as both treatment and prevention.I would say this is a reasonable low dosage supplement, but you would need to take more than the recommended amount on the label in order to get the health benefits, so this might not be the best value for money on the market.

I have a lot of problems with waterworks infections and these were recommended to me by my dr and after a month or so I have now noticed the difference fabulous!
