This book is hilarious. My husband and I are on a muppets kick, and I ordered this on a whim as a lighthearted gift for him — and was very pleasantly surprised! It's actually quite thoughtful, and the printing quality is fabulous, with full-color pages, thick paper, and a nicely bound hard cover.I'm also just deeply charmed by Kermit the Frog in general, because — well, who isn't? We ended up buying two more copies of this as gifts for friends.

I bought this book for an office gift exchange and was worried about delivery as I needed it within a week of ordering. The books arrived a day early and in great condition (even better than expected)! Would highly recommend this seller - thank you!!!

This book was written as Kermit would write it. True fans would say he did write it. The book covers a short history of the muppets, how the started and how they got to the movies. The second part is a good self help book. What makes this book fun is how they put funny one liners into it all throughout the book. These things, if you are a fan will light you up and make you laugh. You read this and you will have fun like a good muppet movie. It will make you feel good after you read it from the many good muppet style laughs.

I purchased six copies of this book for Christmas presents for people ages 18 to 62. They all loved it! It is clever, witty, and yet there are some underlying truths that make you think. Interspersed with things like Mom's recipe for "fly-shoe pie" (one ingredient is a pinch of fungus) are insights that apply to us all ("as the years go by, you begin to understand just how precious those tadpole days are and how quickly they pass"). Its goal is to "drive you crazy" with "ridiculous optimism." It also seeks to inspire its readers to "drop your tail, leave your swamp, and set out on a journey" that's amazing! I think it accomplishes all of this. Any Kermit fan will adore this book!

Funny, light literature with a bit of a bite and meaning to simple said words. It is a great gift to all froglovers and those who still have the child in them who can enjoy little things in life and ponders over them. Pond, that was the word, it is even great for City sneakers who live in a swamp, too. It is really funny, I would encourage female readers to read Miss Piggy's book in addition, to get the female side of the story. It is great too.

Its written in a way that may intimidate most adults as its easy enough for a child to read.Yet upon picking up this book and reading thru it I found it a light hearted distraction from everyday woes and noticed that a lot of the comments and stories in the book relate to life and what you should be focusing on to take that leap forward towards the next chapter in your life.

This book is an incredible lesson in living from Kermit's perspective. It's fun to read for children as well as adults. Enjoy reading!!

This was for a present, it was really clean for being a used book. Did have a message inside the book but I thought it added charm..

I got this as a funny Christmas present my best friend gets called Kermit lol. I didn't think much of it when I bought it but when it came in the post I knew she'd love it. I laughed at most of the pages very good.
