awesome paint
not sure why others are bad mouthing this product, much like the primer the paint went on great . i choose not to thin it out and it was perfect, i used 1 gallon of the light gray and mixed in a quart of black. the finish is outstanding. don't listen to the haters that this paint doesn't dry, it was dry to the touch in 4 hrs. i will be applying a 2nd coat tomorrow.

Great product. Just use 2 people.
Most people think I sprayed the boat. Definitely a 2 person job. If you encounter a issue. Do not fix. Wait to dry then address the issue. 17’ hydraskiff used 1/2 a quart for hull and console with foam roller. Thinned 10-15%. Do not move backwards once rolled and tipped

Chips easily
Didn't go on evenly. Has small chips.

Looks nice
Looks good not great, I thought it was going to be a glossy finish and it's not but still looks way better than before. First coat wat a little thick, I rolled it on then brushed it. Wasn't happy with it because there were a lot of brush lines. Sanded a little with 220 then did a second coat adding thinner, rolled on much nicer and brushed much nicer, I rolled one entire side then brushed the entire side starting from the front to the back with one stroke to leave zero brush marks. And the packaging was great.

Included Extras
Included in the package were stir sticks and a nice extra quart mixing cup. I thought this was a great bonus that was not expected, but added value to the product. The paint went on well and looks great.

Don't use it on a deck even with their primer
I did research and some blogs said that this boat paint would stick to decks better than deck stain. I emailed Total Boat customer support and they said use their primer too. I have a 4 year old pressure treated wood deck with previous stain. I chemically stripped off the old stain, sanded the deck to wood, washed it and let it dry for 3 days. I applied Total Boat primer, let it dry for a week, lightly sanded the primer for adhesion. This took a lot of my time, effort and was expensive but I was hopeful. The result was peeling primer within a month and the paint that sticks is so slippery you can't walk on it when wet. Don't follow my path.
