Superb
This is a brilliant book that is a book every parent needs in their back pocket whether they have a child with speech delay or not. The array of game ideas is endless and it’s easy to adapt and personalise many and play variations to adapt to the older child as well. This will undoubtedly help your little one with speech development and give you both lots of fun while working your way through these games.I have barely made a dent in the list of games but look forward to continuing our journey of exploring them together with my 3yr old (-:

Great fun
Look forward to using this again when little one is a bit older. Was hoping it would be helpful for my 12 month old but he’s a bit young - will be lots of fun when he’s a little older

Great ideas to help encourage speech
Full of great ideas. I love that it is split into age groups and that some of the games are in multiple age groups but have been adapted to suit.Definitely looking forward to do some of these with my two.

Big help for parents
If you think that reading a book and trying few games will make magic, it won't! The book and exercises are great, these tactics are applied by the NHS SLT, I was looking desperately for something to help my son and really thought I will read the book and do exercises and he will start talking, but children need their time! From the book and from Yamsin Online Course I learned how to wait for him to be ready, just love him.and give him time. Honestly I thought there is no progress as he is very shy to start talking, but the progress started slowly and is growing! I have my son the space he needed and he so much more confident! The big WOW was when we finally afte 10 months of waiting for NHS SLT initial assessment the therapist said: I can see that you know how to do it, just continue to do what you are doing and these is great! The big surprise was seeing my son actually following the therapist instructions and showing her what he knows! I mean I know he knows numbers, colors, animals, separate them by group but he very rarely will show me when I ask him to, and with her he showed the colors and the animals and started to play with her. It is a food investiture of money and time! The secret is patience!
