Used to fix the hinge on an Ikea Pax wardrobe. After one of my offspring swung on the mirror door and ripped one of the hinges out I thought I might need to buy a new door only to find the Vikedal doors have been discontinued. These are big, heavy doors, but this hinge repair plate works perfectly. It is easy to install, with the required screws included and provides a very sturdy join, much more reassuring than using wood filler/epoxy. Superb value for money too.

Good price and did the job for me. Fixed a broken kitchen cupboard door... but it does require a lot of mesuring and adjusting to get it hanging sweet.

Great design and easy to fit for otherwise very difficult & time consuming repair. Would normally have to fill, sand down and hope for the best. With this simple bracket you know the repair is secure & completed within 15 mins. Just watch out as some of the edges are sharp so carefull handling required but still a great product.

It arrived as indicated and it's exactly what it says on the tin. The product seems to be good and does the job. Might get another set.

The Holes at the side that I really needed to hold the hinge were too small! I need to either drill bigger holes into the metal or find another version from a different company.

Shame on me. I'm a practical person but was not aware of this product until my younger sister found this on amazon. Mums old heavy corner kitchen cabinet doors have been falling off fir years because the original screw holes are worn out and I'm having to fill the holes in every few months and re hang doors. This product is excellent, strong and caters for most scenarios. Reasonable price as well.***** Very happy. Family happy as this door is used EVERY DAY :-)

I had two cupboard doors which fell out from the holes they’d been in for a few years. Didn’t even know these plate kits existed!I bought one to see what they were like. The placement holes were fine and matched the holes I needed in the cupboard side (not thr door side so I didn’t need the big hole template).However, once the plate was mounted on the cupboard I had to increase the size of the hole that the door would attach to as the screws were much bigger. For reference I used a 5mm metal drill and once done, the screws went through fine. Door mounted, job done.Going to buy another for another door with the same issue

The kit comes with screws and plates. I was able to repair 2 of my damaged hinges on my entertainment desk using these plates. I have enclosed the before & after image. Hope this helps.
