The niacinamide and B6 added to the tryptophan made a big difference in the hours slept vs the plain tryptophan. Bestvite uses acorbyl palmitate and silica for filler and manufacturing. I try to avoid magnesium stearate in supplements.Thank you Bestvite.

I use it to help me to sleep and it does give a a restful 4 hours or so of sleep and makes it easier to fall sleep again

Even though I already took melatonin an hour before bedtime, I was still having trouble getting to and staying asleep. This L-Tryptophan seems to have done the trick since I added it at bedtime. I'm sleeping well and feeling much better.

This stuff has been so helpful for me, and this was the best price I could find. It must be decent quality because it definitely helps me sleep and be less depressed.

Does what it's supposed to be but do your research, build-up of tryptophan in the brain is bad mkay. Learned that the hard way. Leaving this review after figuring out what went wrong with too much serotonin which has a cascading effect on the rest of the body

Actually worked pretty good for mild anxiety. I chose this company bc everything is manufactured & tested in USA so I can feel safe taking it. I have tried ssri's but am uncomfortable with the long term affects. My anxiety is pretty mild, this stuff works.
