I have had this light in my shed for a little over a year, it worked great. The light is bright and the motion detection worked as intended. Unfortunately, after about a year the unit stopped holding a charge, which is disappointing as it really doesn't get used all that much, but is nice to have when you do need it. I suspect the battery just failed over time.I contacted the manufacturer and Claire was quite helpful in running me through how to troubleshoot. It turns out my unit was defective, but because the light comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty, they stood behind it and shipped me a brand new unit. Quite satisfied in how they handled this, and the ease at which I got a replacement! Communication was 10/10 when dealing with the issue.

I didn't know what to expect .But with the solar panel its always charged up , motion detection works fine , brightness is more than adequate for a small area and the fact that you can adjust all three lights separately makes this an easy choice .Comes May, my wife walks out the back and asks i thought there was a light out here? me too .So, I look up at the security light it's as dead as a doormat .What is going on?Well I will test the batteries and ask why the solar panel is not charging and if I can't find out why then I will be making a claim .

I have two of these solar floodlights. They are easy to install and lights up a wide area when on. Included are three mounts so that it can be mounted on a flat surface, 45 degree corner, or round pole. I've had some neighbors comment that they are impressed with how the lights come on and how bright they are when they walk past my house at night. Lights have a 2 year warranty. I had a problem develop on one of them after a year and a half and contacted the seller for possible warranty qualification. Natalie in the seller's customer support responded within a day and offered some suggestions to get the light working again. She was friendly, responsive and extremely customer oriented. After I tried her suggestions, she immediately arranged for a complete replacement light kit be sent to me at no cost to me. I have been very pleased with these lights, and especially their customer support.

This unit is very easy to install and lights up a significant area. My only wish is that the lights would be able to stay on longer than the 2 minute period that is the longest setting.

I purchased it and used it less than a year and then it died. I was very satisfied with the brightness and the features it came with. I checked all the settings and still not functioning as before, so I thought there should be a problem with the battery. I contacted the customer department and Claire, the customer representative, who walked me through the whole process of fixing the problem. Since there were limitations for them to ship me new battery and other things, but she just kept helping me to find the alternatives until I am fully satisfied. At the end, she helped me to get the almost full refund for my order. What a above and beyond customer service she has provided, I am very impressed and give her two thumbs up.
