The spirulina powder is the rich resource of nutrients and very beneficial for Health and this product comes in a neat packaging that makes the daily usage of the product effectively in a zip lock package and the it is of good quality as well. The only challenging thing to consume this is it's smell. There is no taste to it. Generally I mix it with Hot water in morning to start my day. Tip: While drinking don't breathe / smell and if you do, you might throw up like me. I tried my best to finish the packet as I have spent some money but in the end I quit after 5 days as I cannot tolerate the smell and the feeling to consume something which I don't like. ( Not that much determined I guess haha) Instead of getting nausea feeling everyday in the morning by trying to consume this, I might look in to other food option for protein intake. ( Best decision I have taken for me ) If you have strong heart, no sense of smell & very very determined then go for it as i beleive this is good quality spirulina available in Amazon after reading lot of reviews. Don't blame me if you also quit in between like me
