Been using it in morning shake, it's fine. Mixes well and is what appears to be a good product. Just a heads up it can overpower a lot of other flavors in shakes and stuff. I like it so it's not bad, but it will cut through fruit, chocolate etc and change the flavor of your shake.

I am a female, and I take it for hormone/cycle regulation. This dose and brand is extremely effective. I noticed the effects on my third dose and it quickly built up in my system. The pills are rather large, but it's a large dose so it's to be expected. You will smell sweet/mapley and your urine too. I have continued to purchase because it is a quality vitamin from a quality brand

Terribly Bitter
Upon arrival it was well packaged and the quality looks alright, a smooth powder. It is a very pale green color. Tastes horrendous (bitter) to say the least I’ve tried to mask it into my smoothies but I really can’t stand the taste. It has a strong smell which I can’t stand - but this isn’t to say it’s bad quality. It’s just not a spice/supplement for me, I don’t like it at all. I’ll wait to see the health benefits it gives.
