This is by far the best book on the subject I have ever seen. If you are an absolute beginner or an experienced EMG nerd, this is the book you want and need. From approach to the patient to technical artifacts, it covers every single aspect of the techniques needed to successfully diagnose and treat neuromuscular disorders. The quality and content of the images are excellent. The 4th edition fully integrates nerve and muscle ultrasound techniques with comprehensive examples. The online access was easy. There are no videos in the online edition as of now (5-2020) but that seems to be in preparation.This book is highly recommended!
