Finally found a multivitamin that contained 100% of suggested dosage instead of overdosing. Also it was a capsules instead of tablets making it perfect to swallow. So far so good

Terrible vitamin. Have me vomiting 20 min after taking them. I took them after my meal.I took them for 3 days. Same effect.

These vitamins are amazing. With two kids I am on the run a lot of don't always have the most balanced nutrition. Because of this I often have very low energy. Since I started taking these I can tell a huge difference in the amount of energy I have had and how I have felt overall. I feel much healthier than I did and am positive that has to do with the vitamins to supplement my diet. Great product very happy with the changes I have experienced.

I didn't buy this at first due to the price, because there are several cheaper products on the market. When I did try Althymin and compare the contents and ratios to those other products, Althmin stood far superior. I can literally feel the difference. Highly recommended for anyone with an unpredictable diet or schedule, to keep a steady vitamin and mineral intake.
