Those are not menstrual panties. Those are just comfortable big size high waist panties. If not a good quality, I would put 1 star.

No stretch at all and cuts.

I purchased another brand of this type of underwear and really liked them so purchased these as a gift. These are thin and one arrived already falling apart at the seems (I didn't know until later because the person I gifted them to didn't want to be rude). After one wash the lining pretty much disintegrated (they were washed according to the care instructions). As you might guess, they do not provide even the most basic protection from leaking. I feel embarrassed for giving such an inferior product as a gift.

I’ve been wanting to try “period panties” for a long time but I’ve been nervous to take the plunge. I haven’t tried these yet on a heavy day alone but they’ve been great for the light days and as back up when you leak! & well.. after having two kids they’ve been helping for those uh oh moments! Will update once I try for a heavier period day, but so far so good!

Was really hesitant, but it most definitely functions as intended. "Very comfortable" as my wonderful, and beautiful daughter says. When is that time of the month, and I, silliness'r'us dad messing with her. Lovingly say, my cute, and so dang huggable little ketchup package lol!
