Pretty good definitely works better than the chalky dissolvable tablets. Tasted great and I think it does have a slightly noticeable effect on energy levels when taking. Just be careful with the dropper. Whatever dye is in this (or natural coloring) is VERY strong red and will stain.

I have trusted this brand of vitamin supplements for some time now and am happy to have this B vitamin supplement. It is a liquid that tastes good and is easily absorbed and taken. It’s been amazing to see how white my eyes are each morning since avidly taking it daily. I feel more energy, less need for caffeine and see that it’s working for me too.
