I recently purchased the AWERT 36x24 inches Stone Aquarium Background in Black Rock for my 40-gallon fish tank, and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The vinyl material is high-quality and durable, and the rocky texture provides a realistic depth that transformed my aquarium instantly. Installation was straightforward—I used double-sided tape to secure it, and it stayed perfectly in place.My fish appear more vibrant against this background, and the dark stone look gives a natural and calming environment for them. Additionally, it's easy to clean and maintain, which is a bonus.Highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate the appearance of their aquarium or terrarium with minimal effort!

Poor quality image, product feels like cheap cloth, not vynil, adhesion is four double sided peices of tape, would not recommend, I feel ripped off and mislead from the sample images and wording of the product sold to me.

Not quite what I expected. It's made more like a fabric with I guess a thin coating of vinyl? Was expecting something more like a sticker\static cling since it said made of vinyl this will kind of work for what I have since it's on the outside of the glass. but if you need to put it inside a terrarium\aquarium it probably wouldn't be a good idea.

I was skeptical of the reviews. However, I’m glad I took the chance because this backdrop is really cool. It makes the colors pop with my black sand. I ironed it out on the silk setting which was no big deal. It is a fabric type and not the shiny plastic (I think that helps it give it a not so fake look). I ended up using my own tape as I could not get the backing off the tape that was provided.

Well. Paid a cheap price and got cheap junk, but that’s the Amazon gamble lol. It’s see-through fabric with no water protections and once it’s up behind aquarium glass, the image is unrecognizable. Just get window screening - similar price but even the worst will at least do the job.

Where to start? I guess it's my fault for not reading the description closely enough but I saw "vinyl" and assumed it would actually be vinyl, as in, a peel-and-stick decal like most aquarium backgrounds. Instead it's this ultra-creased fabric that was SO HARD to get flat, and it doesn't fit right unless you get it very flat. The included double-sided tape is also an absolute pain in the butt - it is very hard to peel and stick cleanly and you can tell it's there once the background is mounted. I really like the design of this so I'm pretty upset that the implementation is so bad. Also, it's too long for a normal 10G aquarium and must be trimmed, but that's small potatoes compared to everything else.
