My bf stood on it to hang something for me and it snapped BUT I JUST BOUGH 8 inch Steel metal sturrrrdy legs on Amazon for like 20 bucks and problem fixed honestly it will probably last me for life now it’s reallyyyy an amazing productIt wasn’t the sellers fault no one should stand on it but the 3+ years I’ve had it no complains my clients love it short ladies struggle a bit but I have a stool for their legs and they love how confy the neck and head rest is I’m glad I picked this one

Like others have said a leg broke. Broke while client was getting up. She might weight 120 lbs dripping wet. The legs are weak!!!! The bowl and chair are great but the legs are a little important. Disappointing!

This sink is not what the add shows in the ad. No where does it show a ceramic hump in the middle of the bowl. Its supposed to be a head rest.Absolutely makes it impossible to get the nap of someone's neck and them not totally have to lift their head up....then the water runs down their back. Actually contacted Amazon over this. Absolutely angry!!!

Been using for 3 months, great overall purchase. Customers rave about the comfort, even accommodates the 300+ lb gals.Only complaint is the holes the that secure the bowl to base are too big which allowed bowl to wiggle, to fix required large washers to stablize.

I was sooo nervous to purchase a wash bowl without actually sitting in it! But this wash bowl is the most comfortable one I have ever had! Would recommend!

First of all the customer service was by far 5 star! I love everything about this chair. What could make it better? A foot rest and a separate lumbar pillow. Also, directions. If you aren’t handy, hire help. Overall very happy. Customers seem to love this bowl.
