This came with another, much smaller "single egg" pan that I don't need and gave to a friend. I would have been happy to pay the price just for this one, which so far lives up to it's claim of being non-stick. I hand wash it with just a sponge after use, instead of the dishwasher, but it's the only pan I do that with so it's not a big deal. The Teflon or whatever in non-stick pans comes off, as anyone knows who's used them, and you're eating it. No thank you, this is a ceramic coating and deserves tender loving care, which is really just a reward to me. The less plastic in my diet the better.

These blue diamond pans are very nice. I've purchased a few at this point an they heat evenly an the non stick surface is good so far. Will give a few months an see how they hold up. But so far a solid purchase. I really like the egg poaching pan perfect fir for breakfast sandwiches.

I’ve used both pans a few times now. They are truly non-stick and easy to clean. It is important not to use high heat with non-stick pans and to follow manufacturers instructions for use and cleaning. My reason for providing a review is to say that the smaller pan is unexpectedly small- 4.5” bottom circumference and 5.5” circumference at the top rim. When I opened the box and saw the pan for the first time it reminded me of the pots and pans in the play kitchen my daughter had. It really is the perfect size for just one egg. It is smaller in circumference than the smallest burner on my stove, so I do have to be careful not to put the handle over the burner.

Greatest invention since cast iron cookware. Easy to use and clean. Love them.

These pans do not stick. The food slides right out and they’re so easy to clean. Highly recommend.
