Bought 2 of these Hand Rails, and they are very nice and sturdy. The top rail is pretty heavy, more than I expected. The package says 25lbs. and came with everything you will need to install. Would definitely buy again.

I looked for a hand rail for the concrete steps of my front porch at all of the common home improvement stores, but all they offered were horizontal hand rail sections for decks. So then I looked on Amazon, and found a good selection. This particular product seemed to be the most highly reviewed, so I ordered it and gave it a chance.Well, I was not disappointed! Everything was of good quality and I was pleasantly surprised that it even came with a few extra parts (screws and such). Installation was a cinch, and the end result looks good and sturdy, if a little bit clunky looking (but I'll take good and sturdy over a little bit clunky looking any day).The only thing that I would warn you about is that its span is a bit short. I bought the 3 step span and it just barely fit! Seriously, if it had been even a centimeter shorter, it would not have fit. I honestly don't know if I would have been better off ordering the 4 step span instead, but I mention this so that you can take it into consideration.In short, this is the hand rail to order, but you may want to consider ordering a slightly larger span.

I needed to add a handrail to my outdoor shop steps. This product fit the bill. It well built, cast iron and easy to put up. It comes with all the needed hardware and simple instructions. My first ship the box was torn and parts and instructions missing. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a new order in two days and had UPS pickup the damaged box the next day at my house. This wasn't Amazon's fault but they stood by it and made everything right. Kudos to Amazon customer service. I would give the product a five but the drill bit supplied was poor quality, bent, and not very sharp. I was only able to drill a couple of holes. I purchased a bit from my local Lowe's and everything was together in about an hour.

Needed this for a house sale. Had it up in less than an hour and it looks great & is very strong.

These rails worked great next to steps in my garage. Nice looking. Sturdy. Great value.

My husband said it was easy to install & sturdy. Be very careful as far as the black will scratch easily.It looks very nice & clean on our porch.We liked it so much we immediately ordered another for the back patio.Pics show front porch & back patio handrails.

We are a home remodeling company. Received a call from a previous customer who's father was having trouble going up and down the 2 steps from the garage to the house. We needed something strong and quickly. Ordered this which arrived the next day. Was very impressed that it had all the needed hardware and drill bits. It took us about a half hour to install it. We were able to mount it to the wood steps and the homeowner was very happy with the way it looked and how sturdy it is.You do need to be careful when installing the self taping screws. We noticed that they could be overdriven and strip out if you try to tighten them up too much. Overall a great product and we have ordered more for other jobs

Overall - Ok quality and parts. As mentioned in other reviews - and I encourage reviewing them before purchasing - I had one page of missing instructions, had to repaint of few parts of the railing due to paint chipping (Had some spray paint on hand to cover up) I was going to purchase another set of railing for my pool area but have that on hold going into the Winter plus this will give me time to research what else is out there. If drilling into concrete, this can be difficult if you don't have the proper tools and have done it before. If so, go ahead and get a good drill bit vs the one that comes in the kit. Overall - Ok value for the money...
