BEWARE: MY BIKE FELL OFF THIS RACK. REAR HOOK DOES NOT KEEP TENSION DOWN ON THE BIKE. WHOLE CARRIER SWAYS ALL OVER THE PLACE. CHEAP JUNK CARRIER THAN COST ME A $850 BIKE. The tensioner was tightend. Luckily the tire straps caught my bike from falling off completely, but the damage was already done - bike totalled. After messing around with the carrier we realized the bike fell bc the rear hook just flops up. Does not stay tight. BUY A NICER CARRIER.
