Spa Frog 6 Pack of Bromine Cartridges

Expensive alternative that simply doesn't work. I followed all directions: alkalinity 80-120, pH 7.4, used included pack of shock, built up bromide bank. Opened up mineral pack to setting 4 and opened up bromine pack to 5 to start and I though that I would adjust from there. After 2 days, my water was murky and starting to stink. Biofilm was already starting around the edge of my spa. It was a brand new spa, 2 days old, used by my wife and I twice. Had to drain the spa, clean it, rinse it, drain it again and refill. Cleaned out the filters and had to reheat 500 gal spa. This was supposed to be easy maintenance.I have used the Frog system in my pool the past 4 yrs without issue so I though this would be a good product. NOT PLEASED WITH PERFORMANCE. To make things worse, I also purchased an additional 6 bromine packs. None of it is returnable. If you really want this product, at least purchase from another seller.

At best 1 cartridge will ONLY last 2 weeks .. even so it will NOT maintain a steady bromine level. It's much cheaper and easier to use Bromine granules and just add 1/2 - 1 teaspoon full every time we get out of the spa ... which we use every day for 40 minutes. A 2 pound bottle of bromine granules will yeild 212+ doses for about $46 compare that ot the price of these cartridges over the same time span of almost 8 mpnths.

This item is use with the frog hot tub sanitizer.

That is correct, I have been using these Frog Products for over 13 years now and love them.

Product works good in our hot tub. Same price everywhere but quick delivery from Amazon.

Like the containers are singular and drop right into the holder of the hot tub

Much less expensive and just as effective as the newer Bull Frog spa chemical treatments.

Easy to install and matches what came with the hot tub.
