LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this cup. It holds ice all night for me, as well as during the day. Now, when I am out shopping and I leave it in the car, if the ice is gone, the water is still cold, which is great! If you are looking for one of these, but don't want to pay the crazy price, this is one to definitely get, you won't be sorry.

I have been trying very hard to drink more water during the day, but its been difficult because I can't keep my water cold enough... UNTIL NOW!! This Pinnacle Stainless Steel cup is truly amazing!! The first night, I put 3 whiskey ice balls in it and filled it with cold tap water. 24 hours (and multiple water refills) later, the 3 ice balls were still going! They had diminished quite a bit & were now the size of ping pong balls, but they were still keeping my water nice & cold!! The cup itself is sturdy & has a little bit of weight to it, but it isn't heavy enough to make it clunky or cumbersome. A handle would definitely make it easier to hold and carry, especially when its full of liquid, but not having a handle isn't a deal breaker. The lid is really nice as well. It's clear and has a rubber gasket seal that sinks down into the cup and makes it fit nice & snug. The hole for the straw is large enough to fit "standard" acrylic-type straws. Admittedly, I have not tried sipping from the edge, as I simply prefer drinking from a straw. One thing that I really appreciate about the Pinnacle brand cup is that it does not have any visible branding on the cup or the lid, giving me the freedom to personalize it however I choose. As a crafter, this is a fantastic feature, and it will keep me coming back for more... as well as spreading the word to fellow crafters!!

Just as good as the "name brand" - 1/2 the price...no markings so easily customizable! Fast shipping! Keeps drinks very cold and holds ice a long time!!!

We live on a boat and try not to use any plastic items in our attempt to help the oceans. These cups are great and keep the liquids cool for a very long time. I have two comments, though. They are too big for most cup holders so measure your cup holder before buying. My only suggestion for product improvement would be to make the lid screw on. At the moment, they press on, and if the cup tips over the lid will sometimes come off. The quality of the cups is excellent. They are very heavy and the lid is a very durable plastic. We purchased stainless straws with the cups and the straws fit well in the hole.

I purchased these for my wife for Valentines Day. She loves a lot of ice and very cold drinks I like drinks cold but not diluted with melted ice. Over the years I have bought many different vessels for our drinks. Tervis, Bubba Cups, and Thermos Stainless bottles. The day I received these in the mail I conducted my own testing. I filled all of the previous purchases with ice and sat them on the counter top to see who the last glass standing would be. Tervis fell out first after about 8 hours no ice was left. The stainless Bubba and Thermos bottles were next hitting a respectable 40 hours. After 48 hours sitting on the counter I still had a large chunk of ice and a very cold tumbler of water remaining. I also purchased a set of stainless steel straws which are equally neat as they also get and stay as cold as the beverage. I couldn't bring myself to pay $40 for one Yeti Rambler but the 2 pack of the Pinnacle Tumblers sure seems to have been a good second option. I also like the fact there is nothing stamped or embossed anywhere on the tumbler including the bottom. It is completely free of any marketing meaning I can customize as I wish.

It is a pretty standard generic tumbler that does what it should. I have a few different generic tumblers and this one works as well as any. I got this for less than $20 which is way cheaper than buying the well known name brand. I like that this tumlber is unbranded. The exterior is plain brushed stainless steel, no logos. My favorite thing about this though is that the lid has a slightly larger opening that will accommodate my stainless steel straws. I have some slim straws that will fit the openings on all my travel tumblers, but the wider ones that I prefer to use will only fit this tumbler's lid. For that reason alone I would buy this brand again over any others. Too bad it is unavailable now...

I've had this cup for a year. I do not use it everyday and today found it cracked. Wouldn't recommend

This product will not disappoint... I bought one for myself, because a cup with a closed lid is required for work. I cannot do warm water...it HAS to be cold. I run hard all day and do not have time to keep replacing ice. With this cup, I seldom need to replace ice. It is always cold. When I get up in the morning, a cold glass of water is waiting for me to drink. I have been so pleased with my cup that I've sent two others to friends who are ill. Their husbands go to work and leave cold water by the bed, but it melts before lunch. Not any more...
