Fluke Networks TS30 Telephone Test Set with Angled Bed-of-Nails Clips

This butt set has sturdy construction and will stand up to day to day use indoors and out in all kinds of weather. Unlike cheaper sets it doesn't rely on a fuse to shut it down if the voltage warbles (rca's etc). It has it's own protection circuit and it continues to function fine. The price is right and the unit is comparable to butt sets costing hundreds more. Comes with angled bed of nails included.

I use this set everyday for my daily service calls but all of a sudden the ringer stays on when I hook to line voltage. Too lazy to send back for repairs but otherwise sturdy and works like a champ. Maybe someone can tell me a fix?

Nice simple test set. Does not have the features that I have found on more expensive test sets but it is much lighter and works great when you are just looking for a test set for basic telephone work. Much better to throw on your side when working in the air as weight is something to think about when climbing,at least in my mind. Does not alert when cliping on circuits or DSL but was not what I was looking for when this purchase was made.

Like the product. Would give 5 stars if the cables were thicker and higher quality. My other butt set was 1/3 the price and has much heavier cables that don't tangle any where nearly as bas as these.

I am an IT guy and we are required to do a little phone (and ethernet) troubleshooting as part of our job. this system was an awesome upgrade to the lower end model. Really does the job.

Works as expected. I use it professionally. Good craftsmanship! The test lead could be replaced if necessary so I've read. I haven't needed to.

works as intended, just wish there was a speaker option

I use my TS30 all the time for work. The leads on it are long almost to long and are nice quality and replaceable if they do break. The whole thing feels very solid. I'm very happy with it and would buy another if it did break.
