Great product at a fair price

I read all the reviews before buying this. I was hesitant it would work as I have severe mood swings with my pms...lately I'm showing signs of pre menopause ...that a week before my period I'm a different person. Like a lot of folks right now for covid-19 I'm stressed out, went back to work on a staggard schedule and as a commercial property manager it seems like the entire building was falling apart (2020 right 🤷🏽‍♀️) anyway it was just a very difficult time adjusting back on top of my pms mood swings, and stress. I literally felt like breaking down and just crawling under a rock. I figured what did I have to lose...I am now purchasing my 2nd bottle as I had no mood swings in about 3 weeks, even though the world is crazy right now...Im handling it, im finding the light in everything so im not so moody anymore. You must take this daily from what I read. Its a great product and I'm definitely a believer. My husband and my coworkers thank you 😊
