If you have the right size for your height and body shape you will get just the right amount of combined resistance and support Eventually (sooner than you think) you will be able to do the same exercise without the support of the Stretch-eze.. Like riding a bike..It is not about resisting and strengthening one set of muscles but training the whole body to work as a unit to achieve the end move.

I use these bands in my Pilates studio, and they are quite helpful for some clients. I have one in the medium size that I purchased a few years ago, and I recently purchased a large size. The new one is a different fabric from the medium - it is more slippery and more plastic feeling. The older one was better. I also find the stretch-eze bands quite expensive for what they are.

Do not buy this! This product is made from regular fabric store spandex; the same type of spandex that costumes are made from. It's simply one big piece of spandex. It has no resistance whatsoever. I bought this for physical therapy. It does not work.
