This was a great slime kit with dyes, scents, gems, and sparkling things all slimed up for hours of fun. My daughter is really into slime and all the kids play with it at recess and at the after school program. I liked that this kit let her mix her own creations and that it was easy to do for a younger child (6-10 years of age). The kit comes with instructions on how to mix the slime for the best consistency and to activate it. Creating slime is a fun and educational way to play. There wasn’t much about mermaids in this kit beyond a few gems and mermaid colors that you could choose to create. I also used it to help talk about mixing colors to make other colors. My kid was really impressed with this kit over the pre-bought slime tubs. It’s not as buttery as those premade kits, but it stretches great and has a slime consistency. Slime can be sticky and messy, and this kit is no different. Be mindful of all the steps where mess can happen and clean up along the way. If slime dries on your wood table, you likely won’t be able to get that thin slime-colored slime off the wood finish. Take precautions :) I recommend this kit for the quantity of slime you can make, quality of slime mixtures and decorating items, and the ease of use of all the products. All the containers were easy to open and seal to keep it fresh. It was a great value for the money and it came in a nice storage tub.

The Summer Gift Mermaid Slime is super fun and sparkly! The colors are gorgeous, and the texture is soft, stretchy, and easy to play with. My daughter loved the little mermaid-themed charms inside. Perfect activity and a great birthday gift!

My 9 yr old granddaughter is really enjoying the kit. The direction are clear and understandable to her, she really does not need my supervision. There are multiple different slime products that she can put together. It will be weeks of fun !

Really fun kit. My daughter and I have loved making different types of slimes. I must say they are all extremely liquidy if you do not add the included clay. Unfortunately there is not that much clay included.
