Amongst the Best Whole Foods Vitamin C (Great to put in your Power Pre/Post- Workout Drink)
(MARCH 2023 REVIEW) It's difficult to find Vitamin C that is made purely from whole foods. What's awesome about this product is that the Vitamin C is made from organic Acerola cherry (+ a whole host of other powerful whole foods full of healthy Antioxidants). Plus, it contains an Enzyme-blend that helps you digest better, too. I have taken over 50+ supplements on my health & wellness-journey. This is part of my everyday routine. It's a Great addition to your Pre-Post-workout drink, and I like to drink this after I work out to speed up muscle soreness-recovery. • A quick burst of energy ALWAYS follows within a minute of me taking this • I generally am sensitive to chemicals / strange additives in foods and supplements, but i've had zero negative reactions • 2 pills have almost 500 % DV of Organic Vitamin C (Sourced from whole foods) • Easy to take whole pills with water, or alternatively, just open the capsules and mix with water I've purchased packets of Acerola cherry-powder that is super-packed with Vitamin C just like this product. This Amazon Essentials vitamin C is almost identical: it's just way more portable so you can travel with this (e.g. put in your car, purse etc.).

Whole food vitamin C is the best source . Much better utilized and absorbed than synthetic vitamin c. I recommend these to everyone

Please do not raise the price! There's a whole bunch of brands with good vitamin C, BUT! Expensive!, this vitamin C is not only wonderful but it is also not expensive! Love it! My doctor approved it and found it very complete full of good ingredients not just vitamin C. Love it!!!
