Super nice
I got these decorations for my daughter "Raya and the Last Dragon" themed birthday party last year and they were just as expected. We even reused them for her mermaid themed party this year. Definitely would recommend. There is an element of DIY with putting some of the things together, but it's not very difficult.

Great except the string
Overall it was great except for the strings. They weren't very sturdy and I had to tie them together to make it work.

Perfect for Birthday Decor
I used this set to decorate my boss’s office. The paper flowers turned out really cute. The tisssue paper is a little thin on some of them but they turned out so cute (even though I tore a couple.) The dot garland was also really pretty.
