Q: Is the doll anatomically correct?

Anatomically for a doll but not for a human.

Q: does this doll make noise electronically? or just plush doll?

It doesn't make noise, which I love. My grandson loves this doll and cape set.

Q: What size baby clothes would he fit into? Also is he fabric or plastic or both

The 15" buddy has a smooth vinyl head, arms and legs, and a soft body. I am uncertain as the size of clothes it would wear.

Q: Can he go in the bathtub?

Probably not it has a soft body and his paint would probably eventually start to rub off
