Q: Does this mask have protein and if so what’s the protein ingredient?

This mask does not have protein. The strengthening factor is from the rosemary oil.

Q: My hair masque came with no inner seal. I see that this was the experience of other purchasers. Can the seller please explain why this is so???

Most Mielle Organics products whether you buy them in store or online do not come with an inner seal. This is just the way the company sells their products.

Q: I already have thick hair but will it make my hair any thicker or will it remain the same? Because, I don’t want more thickness to my hair.

I have thick coarse hair and about half fell out after Covid and it’s growing back which is why I bought it. It didn’t make it thicker it brought back what I lost! But using it really tames my wild course hair and makes it shiny and soft! I don’t leave it as long as they recommend because it made it flat! It’s about 5 minutes and I rinse till my water is clear clear. But I love it!

Very bad condition ,the cream was flowing

The actual product is of a thick texture this one is like a liquid form and other sticker has been stuck on the cream regarding the expiry date ,really scared to apply it on my hair and never making mistake of buying anything from here
