I have a number of acoustic guitars that I want to use with pickups but will absolutely NOT drill holes in any of them for a tail plug jack on the lower bout. A couple are vintage instruments. So the option has been a microphone on a stand or a cable out the sound hole. I have a number of sound hole pickups, and some are pretty good. Some from brand names at 4 times the price of this one.So it was a no-brainer to try this one when I saw it.It is good. REAL good.I had it 2 days and played it out, installed in a D12-28. An instrument I would not drill holes in.It has the most versatile controls of any soundhole pickup I have seen. Humbucker and microphone, EQ on both, easy access volume for both. USB-C charging while in the instrument. Easy control access. Has the option to use a cable if you loose the receiver or have a cable jack in the guitar already, or you just WANT to plug in. Easy to move to another instrument.No detectable signal latency. Quick charging. Receiver is compact and has a folding plug. Intuitive controls.I plan to buy another.

This is the second different pickup that I have tried. The first was a cheaper wired one that shorted out soon after installing. I picked this one mostly because it would fit a small opening, and it easily did. Also the ability to be wire free was great. Third, by tweaking the setting on the pickup and amp, it produces a rich, loud, acoustic sound. Cant speak to its longevity, but initial function is awesome.

It sounds pretty good, huge feedback with mic turned up if you play with other instruments but works great if you turn the mic down or off. No discernible latency, hope it lasts a long time.

First gig I did with it in a large venue, sounded great, long, battery life. Highly recommend.

The pickup operates great and lasts several hours on a charge . It is very portable and can be moved and put in different guitars has nice tone and volume controls

Installs quickly. Works.I was getting a woofy low end on my low E string. Like the volume would swell, then cut like there is built in compression with a long delay. Made playing through an amp impossible as it sounded horrible (to my ear. Guitar player of 30 years)Needs a 2.0 version

i purchased 2 of this item in November 2022 and one stopped working February 17th 2023. the other is still working. the item has good clear sound and easy to install. but it should last longer than 3 months. today is May 15 2023, the other one stopped working. do not buy this product, there is no company listing to notify them or i would.

So far I have found no problem, does what I purchased it for. Affordable price.
