I’m gonna be completely honest I’ve been sleeping on like a 50+ year old mattress before I decided to buy this one so this is like a cloud to me. I waited a few weeks before leaving a review bc I wasn’t sure about it at first and I was a little skeptical ordering a mattress in a box type thing and really didn’t know what I was getting into but I definitely don’t regret it. Not only is it very soft and comfortable, it’s also really good quality for the price. It was easy to set up, and it even comes with a little letter opener type cutter thing to cut open the plastic so no harm done to the mattress. It blew up pretty quickly and did reach the full 10 inches as the ad stated within a few hours of setting up. I did let it set out for a whole 12+ hours to let it settle before I slept on it. I sleep so much better now and it has really seem to help with my back pain. Definitely recommend to anyone as a soft, comfortable, affordable, good quality mattress !

Was on the fence of buying the bed in a box style bed but have had it about a month and love it. Thought it would be too low and not as supportive but with a 12 inch frame it's not that low. I have a bad back and often wake up sore, was afraid these style beds would be too soft and not provide support but there is still a good firmness and I feel supported. Very comfortable and a good price. Would recommend and would by it again.Was a little disappointed in the delivery. It was delivered with the box completely open on one end and the bed exposed but it was wrapped in plastic and after it was set up looked to be no damage. Box was VERY heavy so could use better packaging to ensure it stays protected in shipping process

I've had this mattress for two nights and I am in love! Was skeptical first time purchasing bed in box but I sleep so good on this mattress that I don't want to get out of bed!! my previous mattress I couldn't sleep because I would be hurting so bad because of the lack of support I would have to get up I couldn't lay in the bed any longer. as far as firmness it is quite firm especially compared to the mattress that I had but it gives me the support that I need I am a plus size woman with spine issues, neck pain etc. This mattress is what I've been needing my son helped me to unpackage it and then it was fully plumped up in about 5 or 6 hours I let it sit that long before I slept on it I have a quilted padded mattress cover over it and it sleeps wonderfully! very happy with the purchase. now three or four years ago I would have told you this mattress was way too firm but it's the firmness that I'm needing these days and I seem to wake up with less pain, i also fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer of course I've only had it two nights but so far so good and I'm very happy with it!!

Oh how I wish I had bought the thicker mattress. I ordered the 12 inch. I honestly think the padding was left out of the top. I could actually feel the springs. I had to buy a gel foam topper to put on the top. NOW I have the mattress I wanted. If you are reading my review, buy the thick mattress. The coils are wrapped individually so there’s no noise.UPDATE: April 19, 2024. if you order this mattress, order a thicker mattress. I am absolutely miserable. The gel topper makes the bed softer to sleep on but it is so very, very soft…..I don’t know what to compare it to but I’m absolutely miserable….. neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain…ughUPDATE: June 4, 2024. I just want to let everyone know that when you rotate the mattress that you can feel the springs on your knees as you slide it around. I can’t man handle this thing because my neck and back hurts. I’ve had this mattress less than a year and will be replacing it. This mattress isn’t suitable for anything since you can feel the springs through when you lay down on it. You can’t use the 12 inch mattress without a foam topper on it and that makes it too soft because the bed is so springy. I just got a dud. There are lots of good reviews on this mattress. Maybe people ordered the thicker mattress?? Anyway, I have to get a new king mattress. By the way, I am 5’5” and weigh 150 so it’s not like I’m extremely heavy.
