MDSOX is proud to offer you the highest quality most effective compression socks available today. Our physician designed, graduated compression socks have been designed from the ground up to give your legs, feet, and calves the perfect amount of therapeutic compression while helping to prevent DVT, aid post-exercise recovery, and relieve symptoms of venous insufficiency. Unlike bargain brand compression socks which merely constrict and numb your legs and feet, MDSOX have been exclusively developed to mimic the therapeutic and compression benefits of water aerobics. This means that like water our socks compression distributes evenly and comfortably along what is known as a compression gradient. In layman's terms this means that our socks deliver premium compression tightest along the lower parts of the feet and ankles and incrementally loosen every millimeter to deliver the best pressure gradient along which venous blood can return to the heart. Stitched with an incredibly soft blend of high quality Cotton, Lycra, and Nylon MDSOX also feature technologically advanced (X-Static) silver. These pure silver infused cotton threads give our socks strong odor eliminating properties often found only in high-end athletic socks. MDSOX's Stitching also features no logos along areas of deep compression to prevent wear and compression compromise while extending the life of the socks. At MDSOX we stand behind each pair of our compression socks with a no questions asked money back guarantee. If at anytime you are not happy with your socks feel free to return them for a full and prompt refund. Providing you and your family with high quality health and personal care products is something we take very seriously. If at anytime you have questions about our compression socks we would love to hear from you. Available in 10 Stylish & Distinct Colors -25% Lycra 50% Cotton 20% Nylon 5% X-Static/Cotton Blend

The only compression socks I trust after 26+ years of being paralyzed from the waist down.
Like my headline says, I've been paralyzed from the waist down since a 1992 train accident with I was 17 years old. Back then I could literally sit in my chair for 2 days straight and never have any problems. Now, after 26+ years, my legs fill with fluid after 8/9 hours unless I lay down and elevate my legs every 4-6 hours. UNTIL I FOUND MDSOX!!Yes, they're expensive, but guess what? You really do "get what you pay for" as they say. I've tried cheaper pairs from Walmart and even here on Amazon but they do not work. Even ones that are tighter do not help. These do the trick. I can once again sit in my chair for 18 hours between sleeping without the fear of my legs filling with fluid. I do not know how or why these work, but they work for me.Thank you MDSOX for giving me my life back, seriously!!

MD SHIPPING TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOX
MD ships two types of sox, the one pictured and another with the company label printed in red and black on the top across the lower instep. The sox that are pictured leave too little wiggle-room for the toes. On my foot (11EEE) the toe area indicated by gray-colored fabric does not extend to the little toe and pinches it. The sox with the company label printed across has a much larger gray area (no pun intended), which is looser and fits perfectly. I re-ordered MD sox two times before realizing one type was slightly looser, especially in toe area, and more comfortable. I experimented by wearing the plain-gray toe on my left foot and the larger gray area with the printing on top on my right foot. The little toe on my left foot developed a painful blister. If anybody has some insight into this problem, I'd like to see it. I will not re-order again until I can be sure I'm ordering the sox with the looser, more comfortable toe area.

Good first circulation sock for me
From a non-athletic person's perspective, these socks are super comfortable and help my circulation daily as a graduate student. I wear a size 12 in women's shoes and have pretty big calves, but not humongous. I could have bought (should have) the XL but I wasn't sure how these socks would feel or if they would help at all. They are holding up pretty well after about 3 weeks of use and wearing them 2 times a week...and yes I was them in between uses. I do not dry them in the dryer but rather air dry them flat. I also wash them on cold. They do keep me cooler and keep my feet dry and cozy while I walk around campus and lab all day. They are not tight on the toe box nor too short and are a decent thickness. They go up just below my knee. Very happy with these,

Be careful of the incorrect description in the size dropdown
I am a large man (6' 3" , 320 lbs, shoe size 14), but I have very short legs (31" inseam). First be aware the size description for the one I purchased this time is not correct "2X-Large (Pack of 2)" - this does not mean you are receiving 2 pair of socks as I assumed from the description - it came as XXL 1 pair. (This size description appears to only be available in the Black color.) Several years ago when my doctor told me I had to start wearing compression socks I purchased different brands to find which I liked best (the ones I first purchased at the medical supply store were like $70). The MD Sox brand was the only one I could even get on my feet/legs. Now several years later my feet and legs are much less swollen and the other brands now fit me, but I keep getting more of these (yes I get holes in the heels too). The primary reason I buy this brand is they are more comfortable for my large feet than the other brands which are very tight in the foot (causes pain through the day). For some reason the White socks (I own 6 pair) seem larger than the Blue or Black ones - when I wear the white socks they end right at my knee which becomes painful during the day while the Blue and Black stop about 1 1/2 " below my knee (I don't understand why there is a difference). But all 3 colors are comfortable on my feet which I have found to be more important for me. With the White socks I end up pulling (rolling over) the top down about an inch which is only uncomfortable rather than painful.

Have most of the colors now and I'm very pleased.
I am very pleased with the MDSOX 20-30 mmHg Graduated Compression Socks.I wear a size 71/2 woman's shoe and have fairly large legs. I tried sizes Med, Large, and XL, and found that size Large fits best. They are a little difficult to get on at first, but if I skrunch it up with my thumbs in the sock and get my foot in, then slowly inch it up my leg it fits best and keeps the proper compression the whole way up. If they are pulled up too quickly or by tugging on just the top of the sock they will not have the proper compression as it goes up and they can be tighter in areas they shouldn't, causing pain in those areas. When pulled up properly they come up to just below the knee.I have worn them all day and there is no offense odor when i take them off. I have washed them several times now and they are holding up well. If you are looking for compression socks I would recommend trying this brand.

Great compression socks!
Bought these after a leg injury that caused a DVT. They really brought down the swelling in my leg & are much more comfortable than other compression socks because of the material they're made of. Unfortunately I still had a lot of swelling in my knee so I had to switch to a different sock that is thigh high which is MUCH more uncomfortable and I miss these. I really wish they had a thigh high version of these. I will definitely wear them again on airplanes & at work when I'm on my feet a lot once my injury fully heals.

Big calf owners rejoice
Edit: The price of these socks have gone up three-fold in less than 60 days! Don't be fooled! I purchased these for less than $20 a pair 11/3/15 and now are marked up to $60 as of 1/1/16! They are great compression socks but not worth three times the price!I have a 21.5 inch calf and found the XXL size to be absolutely perfect. They are a little long, so I had to fold about an inch and a half over but they don't pinch behind the knees. My favorite thing is that these are breathable! They are genuine SOCKS so there's no need to have a slick compression stocking and then socks on top of it. Will be buying more.
