Fell Off After One Day
I purchased four of these to replace the covers on my 1998 F150. I only installed one to check the fit... it fell off while driving down the road on the first day.I then took another one and bent the tabs in to try to make it a tighter fit. It lasted a week before I found it hanging on by a thread. How come the originals caps lasted 20 years and these just days!

Will not stay on the wheels.
This is a cheaper plastic replacement. Apparently it has been upgraded since other reviews here with metal retainer clips on the inside. I got a snug fit and did not need any silicon adhesive. So far with about 80 miles of in town driving, it has stayed on. I haven't tried it at highway speeds yet.*****Ordered a replacement for this one after losing it during off road driving. Stays put for normal driving, but will need to be glued for off road driving. Still, a better an cheaper chioce of Ford OEM aluminum and close color match for fake chrome. This will not match the gray color styles.*****2nd Update, I gave up this and others I found just will not stay in place, including with silicon rubber or gorilla glue. Every single one flew off while driving. They did look good for a few days.

Almost worth buying a set from Ford or glue them on!
I ordered a set of four of these caps for my 1997 Ford F-150, I've had a lot of issues with them. I have lost all four since and currently am missing two caps on my truck now. Some people seem to be able to keep them on, I'm not sure how, the longest I've gone is about a month. Its pretty frustrating because without the caps on the truck it makes it look pretty trashy. I think I am going to order two more and glue them on, I guess if I get a flat I'll just break it off and order a new one. Anyways, not great a product in my opinion and they really aren't cheap if you have to keep buying them.

Perfect fit.
This is an exact fit to replace the OEM part. I’ve bought a couple of the cheaper/smaller versions from different sellers (don’t waste money), this is the product you want. Installed on 1999 F-150 XLT. Looks and fits exactly as it should.
