Product is soft, squishy, fun, stretchy and made of quality materials, but OVERWHELMING CHEMICAL SMELL OF PRODUCT was SO noxious and overpowering I had to wash them in hot soapy water and dish soap SEVERAL TIMES before allowing them to “air out” for 3-4 days BEFORE I could let my kids handle them!I’m not sensitive to smells and I expect this to an extent with any new product fresh out of the package, but THIS product had such an overwhelming smell of fuel (similar to gasoline) it immediately gave me a headache and had to be removed from the room!It’s still a great product but you’ll DEFINITELY want to wash them with a mixture of Dawn dish soap and baking soda a few times and consider spritzing them with a bit of vinegar before drying them off.Once completely dry, sprinkle them with a cornstarch-based baby/shower/body powder once completely dry and leave them out on a table near a well ventilated indoor area for 3-4 days. When ready, shake or wipe off the powder to commence play.If you don’t want to wait 3-4 days using baby powder, set them in a deep dish or glass casserole plate full of baking soda and submerge or regularly rotate for a day or two until the odor dissipates.If you use baking soda, be sure to rinse them off and pat them dry so they won’t feel “gritty” and rough and be sure to “condition them” with a sprinkle of talc free (cornstarch based) powder to preserve their silky texture.Dollar Tree & 99 cent stores sell cornstarch based baby powder, shower to shower, arm & hammer and gold bond brands. Arm & Hammer and Gold Bond smell more pleasant in my opinion, but the other brands aren’t bad either.I still feel this purchase was a much better bargain than any other sellers offered at the time and I’d buy again if my kids wanted more - but you’ll be VERY GLAD YOU TOOK MY ADVICE AS TO HOW YOU CAN REMOVE THEM STRONG CHEMICAL SMELL AFTER REMOVING FROM EACH PACKAGE.Cheers,Meg ~PS. For all future washes, all you need is a gentle, moisturizing hand soap to keep them clean, soft and conditioned. Doing so makes a huge difference and gives them significant longevity.

They are a bit smaller then expected but still cute and fun! My three-year-old loves them for her kitchen, they are just the right size for my hands. I could see myself using them when on airplanes to help ease the stress… Fair warning though when they first arrive in the package they have a nasty chemical smell so I suggest letting them sit out for a day or two before gifting them… But a very fun little toy!

These are awesome! They did try to put a fake banana smell that isn't great but after airing out it's not to bad!

almost everything i could have ever hoped for in a novelty corn. it's maybe under half of the size of a real corn cob. i expected it to be slightly firmer so i was not able to use it for the original purpose i purchased it for but its still pretty awesome.

The item arrived I. A timely manner. The odor of the item after unpacking it was awful, almost toxic smelling. It may have been a good item without the smell, but for young children this was not what I was looking for.
