Love this teapot and using more than 4years. If you are looking for a real turkish tea taste, this is a good teapot! I also use the kettle part for quick hot water for any other need. Highly recommended!

Great tea set, I use it every. It has a warm setting, which sets it apart from the rest. Keeps the water hot the whole time you’re using it.

I have been using it for over a year and have not had any problems. Works well.

I’m extremely disappointed with this electric kettle. After a very short time of use, I noticed rust forming inside, which is completely unacceptable for a product that comes into contact with drinking water. In addition to that, it stopped working properly, makes strange noises, and barely heats the water. The build quality feels cheap and unsafe. I would definitely not recommend this product. Save your money and choose a better-quality brand.

sI've always been a big tea drinker , and had used a regular teapot up until I bought this product. The quality of the tea is the same with the regular teapot , might even be better than since there is no room of error to over heat/burn the tea. Also the fact that this product can also be used not only a tea maker but also as a cattle to boil water will let you to not to occupy an extra room in the kitchen counter by just replacing the cattle. Most importantly , the fact that this product is very easy to clean and not having to clean the burn marks on the regular teapots from on the gas stove is a huge advantage over a regular teapot. Overall, a safer, cleaner teapot/cattle without lacking from the taste of a regular teapot. Definitely recommended !

I really like this tea pot combo.. Easy to use and easy to clean.. I always have hot water and Turkish tea ready to consume.. so far, I would buy again.. bottom part is more sturdy..

It worked well for 8 months or so then it started taking longer to boil the water. This is my second unit which started having issues with the base, just like the first one. The first one had lost "stay warm" functionality after 18 months or so, the second one started leaking at the base around 24 months. The worst part of shopping from Amazon is that the warranty claims are not fulfilled. I reached out to the company for a warranty claim, as this has 3 years warranty, no one has returned my inquiry.

The kettle boils water very fast and we really loved it but unfortunately after 6 months the keep warm function didn’t work and that was an important feature for us so we got in touch with Arzum manufacturer and their support team went through the process and sent us a new unit! We are so happy with their support and we have fresh warm brewed tea again. Excellent customer service and support. Thank you so much.
