El tubo muy bien, pero los diafragmas muy feos, mala calidad en los diafragmas.

Best $20 spent to bring an old stethoscope back to life. High quality tubing and diaphragm. Works on a Littmann Classic II even though it’s not listed.

A fine alternative to spending $100+ dollars on a new one. I was a bit disappointed in seeing that all of the alternate ear pieces were gray. One of the photos showed it comes with black to switch out but mine did not. The screw on ear pieces is a bit odd but it does the job. Be careful you look at the placement of the bell before you stick it in the tube. I didn't pay attention and it sits funny, now that it's in there I can't get it to adjust, but that's my own fault. Overall seems to be a good option, and sounds better than my old cracked tubing.

The tubing on my Littman stethoscope was cracking and finally got a tear in it after 12 plus years. This replacement seems decent quality and sounds the same to me. Love the blue and gray on the ear pieces. Comes with lots of different parts. The tubing smelled weird for the first day, then I couldn't notice it. It was a little of a pain to switch the bell, but that's not the product's fault.

Nice replacement tubing and binaurals for Littmann. The screw on Littmann ear pieces do not fit new binaural threads to get rid of green plastic if you want it blacked out. But if you pull off Littmann ear pieces off and slip onto the green posts they will fit. Also I received four gray ear pieces in the pkg. not two black and two gray as advertised. Other than that it gets the job done nicely till I order genuine Littman parts or splurge for a newer cardio model.
