This thing is awesome. I never write amazon reviews but I felt like I had to, because of the price of this and how great it works. I love how compact that controller device is, my reptile space is pretty crowded but i can suction this right to the front glass. It was easy to set up just follow the book instructions carefully. I made sure to follow the advice of other reviewers and really shove the tubes in there. They shouldn't come out if you pull on them. I am using this on a 40 breeder (really a 50 gallon) tank and I feel like depending on your humidity needs it would work for a 4x2x2 or slightly bigger. Anything else might need a more advanced system with more nozzles. I need 90% humidity which is hard in a glass tank with heat, but this is easily able to keep up with that. There are a LOT of different interval settings which is great. You can have it go off once every 30 days if you need to (but who needs it that rarely??) or as often as every minute. The spray is great - a very fine mist that soaks everything. The nozzles are adjustable and can be rotated 360. I would say the pump is a little loud but does not bug me at all. I just use a gallon jug of distilled water, which is like 3 bucks. So it's very cost effective as well.

Perfect mister for my crested gecko! You have to connect a water source, i use a gallon jug of distilled water. I have it set to spray every 12 hours for 2 minutes. It seems easy to keep together & clean, hard to pull the tubing once its in. It seems to work absolutely perfectly fine, has a sleek design & overall seems like it will last a long time. The nozzles themselves are pretty high quality.

While this took a lot of trial and error to set up, I LOVE this mister. Just make sure the nozzles are tight and the tubes allow for enough flow as you can, and this mister is perfect. I did not want to spend upwards of $200 on a fancy mister, and this did the job. I have had no issues with the nozzles or the automated system itself, and I have been using it for about a month now. It is noisy, but not loud enough to wake me up when it goes off at night. I have mine connected to a big water bottle with a hole in the cap. Could not recommend this enough if you are looking for an affordable mister!

Easy to use and set up. Works well there’s been a few times where it stops working but then I manually put it on for a couple seconds and it starts spraying again. I had some leakage when first setting up but just tightened and fixed how things were connected now it’s been working fine.

I’m being so serious, I bought this yesterday night to make taking care of my crestie easier for my mom while I was away. I set this up to mist for 15 seconds every five hours, just to test it, before I went to bed at 8pm. At approximately 2am, my mom woke me up saying that the tank was flooded, and that water was all over our floors. I can only assume that when it started misting at 1am, it started misting and just didn’t stop. I ran up to unplug it, I plugged it back in just to see what would happen, it immediately started misting again. I’m just glad someone was awake before it could’ve gotten worse. I have a picture of the flooded cage (poor crestie 💔luckily he’s ok) I dried the floor immediately but I drew a picture of how it looked 💀 I wasn’t sure I could explain exactly how much water had leaked through writing but trust me it was a lot. I honestly don’t know what happened, I’m reading the manual right now and it doesn’t seem like I set it up wrong, I disconnected it from the water just to see if it would continue attempting to mist but it seems it’s stopped now. I’ll update this if anything else happens but it seems like the worst is behind us 😅 Update. It is 10pm rn. I’ve been running the mister disconnected from water, just to see if I could catch it acting weird. I just did. It started spraying for the regular 15 seconds, it stopped, and then I started AGAIN maybe 5 seconds later. It’s hasn’t stopped. I’m assuming this is what happened last night. It’s SO STRANGE cuz it act normally during the day, so much so I thought maybe it was just a one time thing. Seriously what’s wrong with this thing 😭

I purchased this kit as affordable automatic misting system for my orchid cabinet - while I was a little wary from some of the reviews, I figured $25 was pretty low stakes if it didn't work compared to the $150+ systems from better known brands. The kit came with plenty of tubing, spare parts, and straightforward instructions; it took under 10 minutes to set it up. I've seen people complaining about leaks in the reviews: make sure when you cut your tubes they're squared off, that you fully insert the tubes into the connectors, that you follow the instructions about how to position the pump and water to avoid siphoning, and that you correctly set the pump interval/amount, and you shouldn't have leaks. One other note is that the system doesn't have a clock; the watering interval starts when you set it (so if you program it at 9:36 am to spray twice a day, it will spray at 9:36 am and 9:36 pm every day) - this wasn't a huge issue, as I unplugged it and plugged it back in the following day at 8 am to reset the start time, which it has stuck to since. I've been using the kit for about a month now and couldn't be happier: it works well and has had zero issues. My orchids seem to appreciate the mist too. While I would love the ability to set it to spray at specific times (e.g., 5 seconds at 8 am, 3 seconds at noon), given the extremely low cost I'm fine with the limited scheduling functionality.

Easy to set up. Has some spare parts for the nozzle. App is easy to use but sometimes doesn't register the timing changes I put through.
